of Henry Ian Forgy brother This man was the last witness. Says he was in the school with the last witness, and he also professes to be able to identify all the twenty-four (24) men concerned in the attack. The same remarks apply to his evidence.

of Jenny Lan Cherry (another brother) This witness speaks of firing of the pistols. It is difficult to understand why he was not killed if his story of his interfering to help is true.

For the defence Kwok Jai Jaw and Jeans Lam Min. These witnesses being asked why they did not report the attack that their party was made on and why they came away to Storystons instead of appealing to the authorities of their district, say that the other side are more numerous and more wealthy than they, which would probably not be fair in the trial.

Chan district of Ip Mui. This witness, being asked why she did not give evidence before, says, because the Listers told me not to, and her evidence as to how soon after the attack she came forward...
